If you can sponsor a maid, you must have a ready visa first and then you can try the following agencies, Al ward have maids of kinds like from Phils,vietnam, ethiopians, indonesians for sponsorships or partime by hourly, daily or weekly basis. Al Gaith, Al Bateel, Al Wasil,etc but the best is Al Shaheen at al Sadd which have a certificate award of good reputation in recruitment if i am not mistaken. But unluckily, i havent tried one and i dont know any number of any agency above, you may get them from Qtel...hope this helps
