2) How about the placement fee? Is this the norm? Is this fair? Because I always see in POEA advisories that no placement fees should be collected from applicants.

in the philippines it said to be a month salary. meaning a basic salary. if they count the QR 900 it won't be a 1 month salary. you have to pay about 2,100 which is your given salary.

3) Any of you know anyone working for Al Jaber? Do you know if Al Jaber pays for over-time? I mean, for the basic QR2,100 rate offered to me, how many work hours are we talking about here? Is it 8 hours/day plus Over Time?

4) What is their accommodation type for document controllers? Is it a single room? Or will I be sharing rooms with someone? Is it in a villa or campsite? Is it furnised already?

your agency will explained it if what kind of accomodation they will give you? but for sure its FREE and the transpo is FREE and its FURNISHED

5) How about water & electricity? Does it come free also?

if its FREE accomodation its have to be free the water and electricity.

6) After the probationary period of 6 mos., do they give addtional allowances? I mean, is there a chance that my rate would somehow go up after 6 mos. if my performance is good?

per annum i think they give compensation its depend on the company

yes but i think after a contract or every 2 years

13) What if I didn't use up these leaves. Will they convert it into cash? Or is use it or leave it?

if they can give you OT meaning they can pay your extra hours

14) How about monthly supplies like toiletries, groceries and the like?
