You will need an import permit from the Qatari Government, usually a government health report/certificate from your own country and a vet inspection within 10 (or maybe it's 14 days of travel). Just the usual shots rabies, parvo, etc. are required.

There are vet practices that perform the same services but I didn't use them so can't comment on the standard.
