Although the curriculum objectives at Cambridge School are UK based, the teaching methods are quite similar to Indian Schools. This is because most of the teachers at Cambridge are from India. If your main reason for changing schools is so that your child can graduate with UK qualifications then Cambridge School may suite your child and your purse.

Not all of the curriculum taught at Parkhouse is in line with the curriculums set out by the UK government. Much of the subject matter and testing at Parkhouse is based on the International Primary Curriculum which is set out by a UK based education company. The International Curriculum is not the same as the English National Curriculum or the Scottish National Curriculum.

Leaving the curriculum aside, the teaching methods at Parkhouse are similar to schools in the UK. There is more emphasis on exploration and autonomous learning.

On the down side Parkhouse fees are much more than Cambridge. If you are prepared to pay the level of fees charged by Parkhouse you may also want to consider Doha College (DC) and DESS. Both DC and DESS follow the English National Curriculum without diluting with another curriculum.

Good luck!
