As we answered before, administrator of the group also check how active the new joiner is in posting comments, answering queries/ questions and from your points accumulated since you joined the QL in general.

Processing of your application is normally 1 week to 2 weeks.

Just keep on joining the threads at filex and answering queries you are interested.
