Kash, i have an indefinite contract and indefinite is the best. The red tape is not all that bad and you are definitely not rushed. Don't let negativity scare you, I am not regretting coming here from Canada to work for QP. The pay isn't the best but your package sounds pretty good and I always figure that those that complain are were they are for a reason. Good luck! Greg
