The points gets removed after a year as the law says the earlier points in one's account would be removed if that person did not commit any traffic violation during one year from the time his license was revoked.

But if you completed 14 points in a particular year then the they record them for action...untill you dont exceed the limit of points in year which are first year: 14, Second year: 12, Third year:10 and Fourth year: 8 points.
