Damn, it would come down and again in six months when other projects of Barwa is ready and let us all try to occupy their villas and leave the street cats and birds to make their homes in the villa and flats asking the rent above 5000/- which never existed before in the history of Qatar, so the public expats has to efficiently act against this trend in massive manner to provide all support to move to Barwa, so all other doha flats, and will will automatically convert to barwa or lower than barwa standard. so Good luck
