I have my four kids here with us for 1 1/2 years now. What we did when we get the approval of their visa are the following;
DOHA:
1. Make reservation from the school we've selected (PSD)QR100/- per student (PISQ) QR200/-
2. Apply for proof of sponsorship as an attachement for DSWD due to we're not their companion during time of their travel(Phil. Embassy)
3. Send all original documents obtained (Affidavit, Visa for authentication, clear photocopy of our passport via DHL to Phil.)

PHILIPPINES:
1. Apply for red ribbon of our marriage certificate (DFA/Malacanang- requirement of DSWD)
2. Apply for a DSWD Travel Permit stating who will be your childs' companion
3. Send original passport, visa to Qatar Emabssy thru DHL for the fee of Php750/- (year 2007)

Once you completed all the above requirements...it will be hasssle free!!
