try loggin on to www.moi.gov.qa and look for traffic violation with ur plate number. If the system have updated with the details of the same day and signal, u can go to the traffic dept at the Madina Khalifa,meet the Zabith (Head of traffic dept) and give him the reference and he shall play back the vedio and decide if to be pardoned or not.
I'd a similar incident and the fine was removed with his authorisation.
