I don't think you will have a problem at all.
You just need your sponsor's permission to get the driver's license.
If you are looking at a fast method to get the test date accelerated, you can go to the driving school near Salwa Road (the round about before Ein Khaled to the left and again to the left and go straight for about 1km, it would be on your right side) and speak personally to a Sudanese inspector (head of inspectors) and tell him you want a private lesson and let him fix you a date within 2 to 3 days. It will cost you about 200QR though...
