Possible terminologies in this respect are:

Ignorant: possible for the part of the Sheikh in regard to sitting arrangement and need to plan in advance,
Reckless: possible for the travel agent for failing to book seats,
Arrogant: possible for the captain,
Incensitive: possible for the Sheikh and passengers,
Unaccomodative: possible for BA passengers and some of us,
Incomprehension: for us, commenting on half told stories.
Hatred of Arabs and Muslims: possible for some QL members.
