Actually in Europe & USA, they are both good and very competitive.

For Europe, DHL is better and for the USA, Fedex is better.

Unfortunately my experience with both in the middle east has not been so well.

They deliver at a slower rate than they usually do in Europe or USA.

However, there is another service called ARAMEX in "Al-Ma'mura" area.
Compared to the services of DHL and Fedex, they do almost the same but are cheaper in general.
