This case is clear as a water now. His offences have been noted down and he's agreed to them too. All that remained to be seen whether or not the law saw it in their own eyes as a crime or an immature act for personal protection.
The report also said that the Judge has mentioned of Dutt meeting Dawood for dinner. So its all there.
