Sensitive knowledgeable poeple are those who are highly aware of their surrounding. their pain threshold is different than others.

But what you just said "you might see me helping the people in Africa" and "thousands of people dying every day " is mere sheer LOVE.

You cannot give, feel for others, share others' pain, weakness, disability, unless you are able to love.
