No they dont increase power or the number of wheels.
Motul is a very high quality brand highly recommended by most of the 2wheeler manufacturers. In fact many moto GP teams use Motul.
There are different types of oils for different engines(depending on the size, capacity, power, application etc. and not just oil for petrol engines or diesel engines). There are gradings for engine oils like SL, SC etc. according to their viscosity. I dont wanna go into the details, you can google and learn more if you wanna know more.
Try Oriental Trading or Behzad in Industrial Area. I'm sure its available somewhere in Ind. Area, but sorry I dont exactly remember where.
