For example the 147 in Canada (I'm Canadian). With the same explanation you could make the argument that Canada is taking over the US as at any one time there is probably more than 147 Canadian servicemen and women in the US (for example I was for a while when I was in the Canadian military). Its just conspiracy theory junk.
