I can understand your soft corner for a Malayali restaurant, hence, the praise. LOL
But no seriously, I found their stuff way courteous, well organized than Garden, Prestige, Banjara (its closed now ofcourse). I won't put Lahore and Sara in the same league. Maaza & Maharaja staff is very good too. Gardens needs to get their asses kicked. Their stuff sux.
I'm 'mostly' a veggie babe. Can't swallow meat right from childhood, just throw it up. Although, Keema or minced meat kebabs go well with me. I can have eggs too but absolutely no chicken or seafood in any form! I also love Mutton Biryani sans the meat.
My mum has kept a prize money of Qrs. 200 on every chicken piece and Qrs. 500 on fish/seafood! LOL.
To make matters worse, God loves to punish you. My wife is a seafood freak!!! Fish, prawns, squids, oysters you name it she eats them! God alone knows how I kiss her after a good meal in Bangkok :(
