It is very hard to enlist all Egypt's highlights. I know missed things you mentioned above in addition to these, to name but a few:

- Red Sea
- Khan Elkhalili
- East Sahara
- Egyptian music
- Egypt Air
- Alazhr
- Old Coptic Cairo (and Cathedrals)
- Falafel as in (foul and ta3mia...don't know how to describe it better..:))
-Egyptian are very known for swallowing their pain, smiling and publishing caricature in papers to mock the political system in reign)
