Yes it is. Apparantly they have an office of (I think) ARAMEX close to the check out, so you can drop your stuff there to have it shipped to Qatar.

But don't forget, you have to go there to be able to buy the items, so it will be a lot more expensive than renting a truck and taking the items back yourself.
