nope, eventhough your license is from the US.. they will not allow you to convert because of your passport.. but anyways, try to go to the traffic police in madinat khalifa.. talk to the sheik, if he agrees then straight away u can change ur license there in less than 5mins.. and dont worry, the sheik there is a very nice person, and speaks good english.. just come early if u wanna see him.. because sometimes, he also go to the other traffic police office.. ok.. ingatzz!!
