I was told some very wise words;

"It's ok to get angry, as long as you know you are angry."

If you know you are angry you can manage your reactions.

If you just fly off in a rage you are certain to mess things up.

I used to be very bad tempered and I still am, but now I keep check on myself and manage it.

Also;

Before you shout at someone, ask yourself, if they were bigger, scarier and more powerfull than you would you still shout at them in the same way.
