I should said most of the DHL branches have this services but not all of them. I experienced this Billy. There is a DHL in SM North but they dont have this services so I went to Trinoma instead. I actually got a list of DHL brannches that have this services for the entire Philippines. If you want a copy go to DHL. hehehe.
