I think what they meant was "has anyone had the need to call upon the assistance of QAWS recently?".

Please remember that QAWS is NOT a commercial company, we are not paid to do this, and we receive no funding other then private donations!!

We offer assistance to animals that need help because we care about them. It's a vocation - not a job.
