Almost Nothing is impossible,
To repair such hardisk u need a similar hard disk, exaclty the same where you can switch the 3 disks inside, better to get one expert do it, and the most reliable solution is to contact the dealer of this hard disk (samsung, WD...) they can do it but with very hight prices.
I did it once manually and it worked, another time it failed.
for the samsung the company returned all of my data.
My advice, always keep the files on 2 locations to avoid this problem.
