Your problem is not clearly mentioned in the question. Wat all the doc you have? Did you submitted to Emmigration? the required docs are
1. Application form
2.Your valid passport and Visa copy,
3. Letter in arabic from your company mentioning your salary,
4 Copy of marriage certificate, if it is in English you need to translate in Arabic.
5. Passport copy of your wife.

Hope that this may help you. The madina khalifa emmigration is not so crowded now.
