im qatari and i go out alot in jeans and a tight shirt, and with me people do more than stare, with non arabs its expectated, ive had old ladies come up to me and resite the quran , they also say stuff like arnt u ashamed of urself , or does ur father now u dress like this , these people are complete strangers. like wat the hell its non of ur bisness

p.s brightstar i also happen to be a teenager, and the staring thing bothers me to but ive found a way to get them to stop and look away i call it the flipping off method :P. u should try it its very effective.
