Some, if not, most of expats are very well compensated in Qatar. Expats go here because of juicy offer(of course, more than they earn back home). However, bear in mind that not everything is permanent hence, we have to plan for ourselves.
I envy this country because of how they treat their own just like in other countries. Locals here are given great opportunities (free educational sponsorship abroad)by the govt and it's just right that when they came back, they should practice what they learned.
