I just visited three brand new apartment buildings today in Doha. They were all "terrible" in finishing, absolutely horrible. "Finishing" is something which seems to be totally absent from the construction vocabulary these days. Scary to think how these "luxury" buildings (like the Pearl, etc.), will look like when they are ready for occupancy.
