Did you write your pin number on the card itself? If so you made a grave error.
The fact you have withdrawn QR 100 proves that they have issued you a new card. It is the bank's responsibility to refund your amount. Please do not talk to anyone at the counter. Talk to the manager. If need be go to their Head Office and talk to the senior most guy there.
Another point is that all the ATM have in built cams. It is easy for them to identify the person who withdrew the money from you account.
