I didn't lose my bag but I had alot of stuff stolen from Air France!
At the end of the day they gave me NOTHING, no compensation or anything.

I hate Air France from my heart.

Miserable staff and time wasters.

They made me send receipts, proof, tickets and so on and then kept me waiting TWO months before replying to say 'there is nothing we can do'.
