If u mean u want to browse on the phone through Wifi then it is the iPhone with its safari browser.
It is the best in mobile browsing.
Trust me i am no fanboy of apple but the browser is the absolute best you can get.
All this N96 and stuff cant come close to the browser of the Iphone.
