Hi, I dont think Degree certificate should be authenticated in India for Qatar Jobs. May be they require if u r going to UAE. That also if u want u can done thro agent website www.urogulf.com they have branches all over India.
Regarding Marriage certificate if u have Notory signed then thats enough. That also u can check up with the same agent.
