First contact the reputabe schools you would like your kids to attend. Find out if there is a waiting list for fall, or if you can even register them now for fall. If so, I would take the spots offered now for the rest of the year or even come for the six months on my own and bring the kids in summer. But only if you have the spots for the fall secured. It seems to be an easier task for people with British passports, I don't know if that is your situation or not. How old are your kids?
