From Jaidah Fly over down towards Fire brigade Round about (Near HMC), after the underpass bridge you will find one small round about(may be palace round about) after that go straight one small signal is there. Cross that signal you will find one Big building on Left side with Blue Glass it is a 9 storied building ( opp to that you will find defence big ground). That is new NHA building.
