To ishtah --> Great work!! How did you file your complain to ictQatar, could you share the process with us? I will do the same. My friend also called QTel, and customer rep mentioned that they are getiing same kind of complains from other clients. :) I am requesting all of you to do the same - filing a complain to QTel & then to ictQatar. Let's be positive. :)
