Is theres a difference between intervoip & smart voip? I dont think the latter is so cheap, am using it right now and i get charged equivalent of 2QR for a call same as qtel is charging on their dawali card. Plus qtel ahs a new offer i was told abt yesterdat called...sth i forget. That promotion in the news papers. Credit for QR allows u all calls..local & international at abt 0.35 dirhams.
