You might consider a West Highland Terrier. They are small, playful, very loving, and dont shed much. They are hardy dogs and if you keep them with short hair they have no trouble adapting to this climate. You can easily get one from europuppy shipped here for about 1800 US dollars. They are a good breed and dont have as many skin problems as Yorkies.
