You better get used to it pal. There are three things which are non-existant here, and these are:
1. Customer satisfaction.
2. Service after sales.
3. Follow-up.
Which are all really the same thing, said in three different ways. And these are not simply Western values; some Asian countries like Japan, S. Corea... and i'm not sure what other country i could add, abide by them. All the rest, sorry but, may it's due to overpopulation, have contaminated eachother, and have imported this disease to GCC countries.
I wouldn't waste time to look for bodies that will defend consumer rights. We might be light-years away.
