Qatar indeed has shown the world that it is developing at an astonishing rate.
Dubai's prices are rising far faster than Qatar's is, and it's basically at it's peak.
Qatar is a pool of potential and it is clear that since Qatar is a multicultural society, it could be considered a cultural capital.
Rather than people opening their mouths to release nothing but fumes, I suggest working harder to develop the country you live it for the better.
It's one thing to speak, it's another to act.
