well am not clear with your question if your wife is under yous sponsership that what you mean......? No simply as per her contract she can leave when ever she wants with a month notice if its mentioned in her contract.

but incase you gave them NOC plus your orginal ID than you may check with immgration if they got approval to change your wife sponser under them if yes... in that case you need NOC from your wifes company i mean where she is employeed.
