Under hubsand's sponsorship category nothing to worry. The employer can create implications and problems only if your ID card and the passport carries the name of the employer as your sponsor. But if your sponsor is your husband, even the company where you worked cannot even put any normal notice in the newspaper publication that you are no more with the company.

And also if you have nothing to owe, no need to worry at all, please note that as a principle your official sponsor as per ppt / id is responsible for you and if that is your husband, please relax.
