That list is so nice.
I think we should request for traffic offence allowances. Otherwise we'll be wiping out our pays every month. The good thing is that the list will remain a list and just that. Nothing more.
The worst part of it is having police going round and cornering poor people and the speechless and leaving the real culprits killing themselves and others.
