pretty easy same as renewing the temporay one but this time if you show rp they will issue the permenant one, just remember to swap it over before the temporay one expires remember govt departments will be closed over eid and i heard they will be closed for 1o days instead of 4 dont know how true this is but source is more than reliable so would try to get it done before thursday.
