First renew your car insurance, then proceed to QTI the Traffic Dept. on where your car supposedly registered coz it depends on the area where your car registered and you have to pay the required fees if you have some traffic violation you have to pay it also (terms of payment by card not cash)....don't forget to avail regitration sticker for your car plate it's necessary to have it and stick on your plate.
