I enrolled in Al Khebra Driving School at Abu Hamour last Sept. 28 and took the 12 day course since I already have a license from my country. I just had my driving test yesterday October 7 and passed it. I guess I can say that it's a good school. Just choose a Filipino Instructor. They will teach you everything without asking anything in return . Well, it's up to you if you want to give them if you are satisfied with their performance. Whether you give them or not they will teach you all the tips and strategies you need to learn for the driving exam. Don't blame them if you fail the exam because it is the police who decides. Some police are very strict. I guess I was lucky that the police who facilitated my exam were kind.
I think there will always be instructors in all driving schools who ask for something. From the salary they receive (more or less 1,000QR per month), you can't blame them.
Hope that helps your decision in choosing the driving school for you.
