There is no voda in the Middle east, it's called MTC and they just bought the branding and licensing to use the brand name. However that is all changed to ZAIN now.
Q-Tel loses it's monopoly in 2009. It's not a problem though since the tarriffs are great, but once it does lose the monopoly, we'll get even better deals :D
