About going back to home country for greener pastures, am glad your view concurs with mine. I suppose thats exactly what I said! Indian Rupee gaining against Qatari Riyal means a sound economy hence better opportunities back home. So where's the problem?
However, if you do work for a good employer, they do give timely shots in ones salaries to keep up with the inflation in Qatar.
