Fitness First in City Centre mall is very nice, although the parking at City Centre can be a nightmare. Overall Fitness First has great facilities and lots of good classes as well. There is a Curves off of Salwa road behind the Mercedes Dealership and next to Glow Salon. Curves is more of a circuit based workout without your traditional work out machines, but still very good.
