anyway, visit hp website www.hp.com/us then look for contact tab so from there report your issue. now if your computer knowledgeable then there is an online help desk customer service, let them know your issue so they can assist you online just follow the instruction of the customer service help desk. i've tried that on my laptop having an issue on wireless thing so im sure they can assist you as well. alright.
